I love pictures! I love taking them, looking at them, editing them, showing them to people and so on. I honestly think there are times when I could look at pictures all day long. Have you ever noticed that when the television is on, your kids’ eyes seem to be somehow magnetically pulled to the screen? School is almost over and the question that plagues every parent once the month of June rolls around is, “What am I going to do with them for the next three months?” Family vacations are always fun, so how about a road trip this year? The author of a recent article discovered a list of little-known Halls-of-Fame and some of them are surprising. The list includes the Roller Derby Hall of Fame, the Croquet Hall of Fame, and the Paper Hall of Fame. I think the most surprising, however, is the Insurance Hall of Fame. Founded by a professor of the University of Alabama, the Insurance Hall of Fame pays tribute to those people who have positively influenced the insurance world and the list of inductees is rather impressive. It’s pretty interesting to see some very powerful people from history listed in the ranks as some of the biggest influences on the way the insurance industry operates.
