Now that Memorial Day has passed, it’s officially time to open up that pool for the season. Time to have fun in all that water, splishin’ and a-splashin’ (even if you’re not “takin’ a bath…”). This extra liability could help protect you from the losses of a potential lawsuit should someone injure themselves on your property.
